Wise List AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. \u2022Preferences such as country, currency, and display settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for crash diagnostics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Anonymised usage analytics (screens visited, feature interactions) to improve the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Advertising identifiers (IDFA \/ GAID) used by Google AdMob to serve relevant ads to free-tier users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Purchase and subscription status managed by RevenueCat to unlock premium features.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Process voice recordings and photos through AI models to generate shopping list items. Audio and image data are sent to our secure server for processing and are not stored permanently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022Display personalised or contextual advertisements via Google AdMob (free tier only).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Manage in-app subscriptions and purchases via RevenueCat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Respond to your support enquiries and contact form submissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Monitor and improve app performance and fix bugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your shopping lists and preferences are stored locally on your device using secure on-device storage. We do not upload your personal shopping data to our servers unless you explicitly use a feature that requires server processing (such as voice transcription or AI item recognition).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Data transmitted to our servers for AI processing is encrypted in transit (HTTPS\/TLS) and is deleted after the response is returned to your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022Google AdMob \u2014 Serves advertisements to free-tier users. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalisation. RevenueCat may collect purchase history and device identifiers. Data is processed in accordance with the applicable service’s data processing agreement and is not used to train models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Free-tier users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. These ads may be personalised based on your interests and device information. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022iOS: Settings \u2192 Privacy & Security \u2192 Apple Advertising \u2192 turn off “Personalised Ads”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022Android: Settings \u2192 Google \u2192 Ads \u2192 “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalisation”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Upgrading to a Premium subscription removes all advertisements from the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wise List AI is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
